How a Fan Helped TSM Recover Stolen Items After Team Car Was Robbed

The incident occurred when the TSM team stopped at a parking lot during one of their trips. The team car, provided by the well-known automobile brand GMC, was broken into by unknown assailants. The team’s top laner Colin “Solo” Earnest was the first to report the incident on social media. In his tweet, Colin expressed shock and disappointment over the incident, asking the thieves to return the items. He noted that among the stolen items were personal items that would be extremely difficult to replace.
“Whoever it was, please at least return the items that cannot be restored. To you, this is just junk, but to us, it is memories and important items,” Colin wrote on his Twitter.
The message immediately attracted public attention, causing a wave of support from fans and colleagues in the esports scene.
An unexpected twist: help from a subscriber
However, the story does not end there. Just a few hours after information about the theft spread across the Internet, one of Colin’s subscribers performed a real feat. As the player himself said, the fan accidentally stumbled upon the stolen backpacks not far from the scene.
The subscriber, having learned about the incident from a tweet, noticed suspicious objects on the side of the road. As it turned out, the attackers probably got rid of part of the stolen goods, taking only what they considered valuable. Among the found were the players’ personal belongings, including equipment and documents.
Colin expressed his enormous gratitude to the subscriber, noting that thanks to his attentiveness and concern, the team managed to return part of the lost:
“I can’t believe we were so lucky. Thank you to everyone who supported us in this situation, and special thanks to the one who found our things. Without you, we would not have seen them,” he shared on social networks.
Despite the happy outcome, some items were never found. The attackers managed to steal several valuable items, including electronics that the team used for work and training. However, the players noted that the main thing is to restore morale and continue to focus on the upcoming competitions. TSM representatives also made a statement, noting that the safety of players and property remains a priority for the organization. They said that they will work to strengthen security measures so that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
